Products, processes, organization, innovation is about the client plans, about ambitions and prospects. Indes is instrumental in concretizing the clients plans and designing its vision of innovation.

Mission Statement

Indes’ roots lie in the world of product development. That is where innovation is best expressed: in comfort, simplicity, clarity and safety. The user is the starting point for Indes. This way of looking and thinking also pays off in the innovation of processes where products are involved.

Kind of products

Indes develops product especially for the following markets: human care, medical cure and user comfort. The range of products is therefore quite broad and varying from child restraint systems, wheelchairs to drip stands.

Relation to design for usability

At Indes, design processes always start with the user. Besides a technical lab, Indes has also a use testing laboratory. In line with the UCID® methodology, products and control elements are tested for user-friendliness, simplicity and ‘understandability’ during the whole development process. Indes is constantly developing the UCID® method, within which scenario based design is an important factor. Indes is continuously investing in knowledge development regarding the UCID® method and is therefore interested actively participating in this IOP-project.
